Please contact the Cashier’s Office on the 1st floor and present your insurance card, your name and the department you need to visit.
Please present the hospital card or hospital number. If you do not have either, please contact the Cashier’s Office with your
insurance card.
Please present your registration receipt or present your name at the right department on the day of the appointment and wait for a staff member to escort you.
Outpatients should get prescriptions from the ATM on the 1st or 2nd floor. X-rays and blood tests are available at the test rooms when patients present their registration receipt.
